If you put a crown on the first letter of your name what does that mean?

One of my friends said it meant i was in a gang, the Latin Kings or the Latin Queens. But im not sure

  4. It means that you are a sovereign and the crown shows your status as a sovereign. You can only (legally) put a crown on the first letter of your name if you are indeed a sovereign. Otherwise it means nothing!
