If it's over-bored to fit you wouldn't really notice much.If not it will seize.You would get more power from a good aftermarket pipe.

if you want power ditch the blaster and get a banshee. you'll never go back.....

Yes, it will, a bit, more because the ring will seal better, than because it's slightly bigger.
