  1. Mr Buzz almost has it, but not quite.

Yes, you look up but you don't pull the mask entirely off your face. You only lift the bottom off, keeping the rest of the mask skirt in place against your forehead and upper cheeks. Exhale through your nose and the water is forced out. Let go of your mask and you're done. This works for all standard masks.

If you have a mask with a purge valve installed, you only need to exhale through your nose once you mask is on. The purge valve is a one way valve that will let the water escape through it as you blow out your nose..

  2. you look upwards and pull the mask from your face. breath into it so it fills with air then (KEEPING IT FACIG UPWARDS SO NO WATER FLOWS IN) lower it back to your face.

it works because the air rushes into the mask and prevents the water from entering. same thing happens when a kayak turns upside down

  3. hei, it's very easy, ...... just buy a new one as the old one is leaking. tha's it.

  4. Just press on the top bit and breath out, this gets rid of 98% of the water, you won't notice the rest, Enjoy )
