yes, a little bit.

Rub the cinnamon on your lips. Rinse off. Rub a few times with a toothbrush, put some chapstick on then gloss.

VOILA! not TOOOO much difference though

The reason why cinnamon might inflate the lips a little bit because it can burn slightly, causing blood to rush to the lips, swelling them, making them look a tad plumper. That's what happens with lip plumpers as well, however, most do not show a recognizable difference.

Yeah. It works like that. The cinnamon irritates the skin on your lips and causes them to swell. It is actually in a lot of lip plumpers. I am obsessed with my lips being perfectly plump.

I have never tried it but I doubt it. Cinnamon OIL might, but be warned it's going to burn like crazy. I suggest a lip plumping gloss. There are a lot with beeswax on them which work a little bit but they burn more than they plump your lips. There is also "Physicians Formula Plump Potion. I really love that one!! You can get it for less than $10 (for a colored gloss and a clear gloss) at most drug stores. (Mine's from CVS or Rite Aid I believe.)

You can actually mix the cinnamon with a bit of water to make a paste.  Apply it to the lips, let it sit for a minute or two, and then rinse off.  Voila!  Plumper lips!

You can also mix it into Vaseline or a lip balm like Carmex or Burt's Bees.  If you purchase cinnamon oil and mix it into the lip balm, you don't have to rinse it off.
