Two reasons:  I don't want to pay the ticket. And if I survived an accident the injuries in most cases would be minimal.

Bible says to obey the laws of the land. Seriously, When I was young, my Mom died in a car accident. She and two of her friends...all killed...went through the windshield...(because they did not weat their seat belts). Not pretty, and very hurtful for the family members left behind.

Because in order to achieve that eternal bliss I need to do things on the earth today. I need to prepare and I need to help teach the gospel.

2: Just because Heaven is better than Earth doesn't mean I shouldn't do what I reasonably can to extend my life on earth. Indifference towards your own life is not good.

Because it is common sense.  AND the law.

Not to mention if we die, it's not because of us, but because it is our time.  In the meantime, Christians need to preach the gospel to those who have not yet heard.  Never know if you don't try, right?

We die when we die, but I wouldn't want to die because i was stupid and didn't buckle up.
