  1. in my case, yea

i usually dashed fastest in last 100, but i hav bad start

  2. If it's your first 200m, you will be bad.  Your coach will know that.  Go out 95% - almost all the way for the first turn.  Turn your shoulders harder to the inside of the turn when you run to keep your motion toward the finish line.  During the second half, just give it whatever you have left.

  3. Well in most cases yes, not all though. my pb in the 100 is 12.6 and 200 is 25.9, both those are about equally good. You might even be a better 200 runner then 100 if your able to keep your speed up. The only way to really know is to try it i guess and you have nothing to lose by doing that. My guess tho is if you were to run a 200 right now, your time would be early-mid 26's

  4. It doesn't, sorry. I'm a good 100 runner but mediocre at 200. It's a completely different race because there'll be a curve and your pace has to be different because its twice as long, but don't worry you'll do fine. But it doesn't guarantee a good 200.

  5. Not exactly sometimes u need more stamina to help u hang in the 200

  6. you will run it okay

but if you normally only run a 100

you will get tired because you will go out as hard as if it is a 100 but then you have to run double it

so you will run quite well

    but not fantasticaly
