If you run a red light (w/ camera) but your new car doesn't have a license plate yet, will you get a fine?

  1. No, they have no where to send the ticket.  I once, mistakenly went through a toll bridge that had only auto-debt and I didn't have my transponder and the car was new-no ticket.  Got lucky.


  2. technically, no, they have no physical proof of the car

  3. No, they need the plate to trace the ownership of the car, so if you don't have it yet, chances are you won't get a ticket.  But why would you want to run a red light and take a chance at wrecking your new car?

  4. Sure if they got a good picture of the paper plate that has the dealers name on it. They can contact them and ask for your name, its not like they sold 10 of the same color cars at around the sametime, I know this cuz it happened to my brother and his wife.
