  2. i doubt it...a mile isn't even that much and you have to do it for quite a while if you want your legs to be noticablly toned.

  4. Yes. I run 3 miles everyday, because I'm on my school's track team and I have to stay in condition. My legs are really shapely and I get a lot of compliments on them. So I guess your legs would look better if you ran a mile every other day. But I think you should also strectch and get into condition before you workout. There are also different strenghtening moves which will help your legs get in even better shape. :)
