With the doors locked, the windows up, and with a cell phone ready to call 911 if he/she needs it. Too many people have been kidnapped, raped, beaten, and murdered with this ruse. It's always best to be safe no matter what.

Honestly, no. The reason I say this is...I couldn't be sure that the pain was real, or that it even required outside intervention. What if the person had indegestion? It hurts really bad but would anybody be able to help? Now, if I walked by someone in pain I would ask if they were ok from a safe distant as long as I was not alone. But serious, its not prudent to stop on the side of the road. Why is someone on the side of the road anyway? None of this reasoning would matter if I could see evidence of some severe situation like blood or something. And if that were the case I would call the police from the safety of my vehicle. Hey, I'm being honest. I don't want to be the sad story on the news that night.
