  1. The rent should be the same if your married or not. Car insurance would drop a little if your under 25 and married. Young men under the age of 25 and single have the highest rates for car insurance.

  2. rather your single or married it wouldn't matter for the most part about the rent?

  3. No, the price of the apartment is the price, but you can find lower prices.  Check out places like rentfinders or a real estate agent.  Ask for "Move in specials".  I rented an apartment for 1100 per month once when everyone around me was paying 1300 because I checked around.

  4. No it would cost more because they will make you pay for two people for water, sewer and garbage. They will make you pay twice the amount for application and background check fees. On insurance it could be but if your spouse has a bad record then it would cost more.

  5. We only have one common law state left.

As a landlord I do not care if you are married or not, but it will show up on your credit report if you are lying, and I do care about honesty.

  6. I have met this kind of problem before, here is the resource I found useful.http://car-insurance.bestips.info/car-in...

  7. Apartments should be the same price for everyone.  It doesnt depend on if your married.

Car insurance i believe does drop if you are married.
