Question:

If you send 360 messages, do you know that I can't reply if you're not set up to accept messages?

This has happened a few times...once by or before this morning. I received the notices in my inbox, try to reply, and it says that (whomever) does not accept messages. Check out message 'settings' if you want to allow message replies, folks.

  1. Yes. That is the permissions which can be set for just about every module and setting in 360. The permissions may or may not be set up that way on purpose.

If you are unable to respond via message, go to their 360 space and post a comment on the Top Page comment box or Blog. If you can't post because of permission restrictions there, post a reply on your own Top Page comment box (which the Public can see). If none of that works, then let the issue go. They'll have to figure out the problem themselves (if they consider it a problem).

See http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/per... for more about permissions.
