If you sent messages to each other on facebook, can friends read it?

Only if you don't log out of your account and someone uses your computer THEN someone can read the messages other than that unless you write on the other persons wall no one but you and the person you are messaging can see the...messages.

If you write it in the Wall... every friend can read it, but if you send a private message, obviously they can´t
