If you are sharing internet connection with someone else through router is it possible for the other person to view your history and files?

  1. If you have file & print service turned on for your computer then no matter if you are sharing anything or not, people can access your entire drive. No layman would be able to do it though, only a hacker.


  2. If you  have some folders shared, they can see the files in those folders, otherwise no.  (Only a special folder - meant to share files - is shared by default.  If you don't put anything in it, all the other person can see is an empty folder.  All other folders are NOT shared unless you specifically change that - which you evidently haven't done, since you didn't know about it.)
