  1. From WORLD STANDARDIZED RULES: 8-BALL

    8-BALL POCKETED ON THE BREAK

If the 8-ball is pocketed on the break, breaker may ask for a re-rack or have the 8-ball spotted and continue shooting. If the breaker scratches while pocketing the 8-ball on the break, the incoming player has the option of a re-rack or having the 8-ball spotted and begin shooting with ball in hand behind the head string.

  2. not even you lose, if it were competition it would need to be re-racked and start all over again. as far as i remember

  3. depends on where you playing. if you're playing in a bar with bar rules. you win the game, but the loser gets torerack and play again before the next person in line. if you're in a league, then you win. goa and sit down and wait to do it again.

  4. No. They lose.

  6. yes you win but that dosen't happen allot in less you know how to hit the rack and always move the 8 ball torwards a pocket like me.

  7. for uk standard 8-ball pool thought it was an automatic re-rack

  8. Search BCA web for all rules but no its not a win unless your at a bar then who knows what they will come up with

    Thanks Bobby

  9. Like others have said, world-standardized rules state that it is not a win (see the answer above mine); however, it is a win in APA League play.
