  1. you lose un less you said before the game that a scratch on the 8 ball would be spotted and then counted as a foul.  if you did this you put the 8 ball on the foot spot then your opponent gets ball in hand or however your playing and the game continues

  2. Sorry you lose!!

  3. Lose

  4. Loss

  5. you lose!!!!

  6. if you pot both balls at the same time you lose.

  7. Looks like its a loss HUH !!

  8. Loss, you scratched on the 8 ball.

  9. That is a scratch and a loss.

  10. technically that is a scratch on the 8 ball and whomever made the shot loses.

  11. loss.....you can't hit the cue ball in the hall while attempting to hit in the 8 ball....

  19. loss!

  20. You lose because u made it a scrach.

  21. technically you scratched, so you lost.  To win you must sink the 8ball in the pocket you called AND the cue ball must remain standing, any other balls falling are irrelevant, as long as you struck the 8ball FIRST.

  22. It's a win for your opponent and a loss for you.

After the '8' ball is made in the pocket you called, the cue ball must remain on the table before you get credit for the win.

  23. That is a scratch and you lose the game....thanks for asking.

  25. If you are playing 9 ball its ball in hand for your opponent
