  1. Only the word Hamburger is German; the rest is Spanish or Italian.


  2. First of all, that's not German, that's Italian. Second, though I don't really speak Italian, I do speak Spanish and have picked up some French and I can tell you that it more or less says "Dear children/kids, you don't eat healthy things at home, just hamburgers".  I couldn't say if the verb is a command or not, but at least that gives you an idea.
