nope, they put it deep enough in your tissue that it's far into your body

it depends on what type of shot you get. For vaccinations and most other things they give you an intermuscular shot that is way to deep to be able to squeeze anything out. An s-q shot goes into the fat layer before the muscle but is still too deep to squeeze the stuff out. An intradermal shot could probably be squeezed out but they dont give those very often, (mostly used for tb tests)
