No, it won't. It'll make a new garden (provided you make it under the same person) and you'll be able to use the coins you earned in your old garden toward purchases for your new garden! Just don't delete your old garden and you should be good.

nope when you go to "Go to Garden" it will give you a choice of each garden, you can create a lot (like 10 or something, however many petalss are on the menu) you will keep the money you have but the pinatas will be in the other garden. if you want to pinatas to go to the other garden, send them to yourself via the post office. have fun!
