carrying a loaded gun on foreign soil class as a threat,yes u would be well ventilated b4 you even reached the embassy,

NO, That is not an act of war... An act of war is basically having two or more people inflict damage on another militant personal. If you were to step onto foreign embassy soil with a loaded gun and happen to shoot it, killing someone ( If you want to start a war shoot a guard) although if this were to happen you would most likely be charged for murder, a nation wouldn't be pig headed enough to get into a war over a murder ( especially from a citizen) The leaders would soon work something out and you would most likely recieve a life sentence or death penalty. That is if you shoot the gun. You must present the arms before entering soil, if there is no one to show it to at the time, locate some one emediatly.

Remember when the Libyans shot and killed that policewoman in London from a window in their embassy? That should have been an act of war. Then, on November 4, 1979 the Iranians over-ran the US embassy and took American diplomats hostage for 444 days. That was an act of war too.

I don't think merely carrying a gun to that place constitutes and act of war....

I don't think they will welcome you and might ask you to leave...

but if you point the gun at someone I believe it is their right to protect their sovereign property and eliminate the threat with extreme prejudice..
