  1. Normally, after your adult teeth are fully developed and the intrinsic stain has occurred to one  tooth, it will not spread to the others because they are already formed.


  2. INTRINSIC STAINING DOESN'T SPREAD TO OTHER TEETH.

  3. intrinsic means inside, extrinsic means outside in dental terms anyway. so to answer your question, No it will not spread.
