No, the acid in your stomach would kill any mosquito and any possible offspring before they ever caused problems (besides maybe a stomach ache!)

just kidding, they will keep reproducing until they take over your body, and since they likely escaped form a genetic research facility, they are extremely smart and will take over your brain. It will turn out to be a huge conspiracy in which the entire human population will be overrun, and mosquitos will take over the planet.
