If you take a 20 mg adderall time release, would vomiting take the adderall out of your system?

no. aderall goes into your blood not to your stomach, so it wwouldn'thelp, unless you started vomiting right after you took it.

did you see it come up? usually timed released meds go to the intestine to be absorbed, I would hold off until the next dose. :O)
