First of all, no one sells "heroin based x pills"

Second of all, if someone does, you are a complete idiot for being aware of it and still purchasing it.

Thirdly, it is not to smart to combine a stimulant and a depressant. You can, but its risky. Especially ecstasy, which is already bad enough. Heroin itself is harmless, not including the risk of overdose.

Harmless as in heroin itself doesnt mess up any thing in you're body.

For a standard urine test, heroin and all opiates are 3-5 days.

X is shorter, 1-2 days.
