If you take dirty pics with your girlfriend when ur both 17, when you pass 18 r they considered illeagal p**n?

I was just wondering, because I found some pics from way back in a folder in my email, we were both 18 at the time, but I got to thinking had we taken them a few months earlier, would that be illeagal to posess?

You would have to prove your age at the time, 17 or was it 18?  It was illegal.  Both of you could have been charged.  Kids today don't realize that they can be busted for child p**n, even if they are under the age too.

good question. Id have to say yes. Not to be disgusting but if you took a pic of a kid naked but than waited until they were 18 to post it on the net...it would still be child p**n right

If the pictures are of underage individuals (17 or younger), then, regardless of if you took them themselves, they are of you, or you're of age now, it is still considered illegal, minor p**n, and you can be arrested for possessing it.

You say you were both 18 at the time, so it should be fine.  But if it's of you when you were you younger, it'd be illegal.
