  1. modafinil is a prescription medication, so i dont know if youll be able to obtain some that quick, or if you already have some. It will not help you memorize everything that you need to directly, but it will help you stay awake for as long as you need to until the exam, while maintaining focus, better than caffeine will, and without the terrible side effects of adderall. adrafinil metabolizes to the same chemical that modafinil does, but it doesnt reach high enough levels to attain the same effects. however it is legal without a prescription, and it will also help you stay awake. I have never tried it, but Piracetepam works, and from my understanding you dont have to wait for 30 days to notice its effects. I have read the combination of adrafinil and piracetepam produces headaches and it is not the best combination, but the headache isnt so severe as to make you stop studying.

I wouldnt count on any of these for your exam since it is in two days. if anything you should take adrafinil on a need to basis while you are studying, but not for cramming. Piracetepam, you should take daily if you want to really benefit from it. Also you should experiment with dosages to find what works best. Good luck with your exam anyways.

  2. No, you have to take it 30 days before, at least.

  3. You have a better shot with Piracetam.  Modafinil is simply a histamine analog that improves wakefulness - doubtful it will do anything for your memory.  Caffeine is good for memorization, but bad for recall.  Studying before you sleep helps imprinting of memories.  Good luck.

  4. Seeing as you took those drugs from my answer on the other question, you might as well give me best answer for it :)

Piracetam is just for memory, and some consider it more a supplement than a drug, but it's effects are very strong. Any will help, even before the exam, but starting taking some every day for a few days before would be better.

Modafinil / adrafinil are general cognitive enhancing drugs that will help to generally increase your brightness for the duration of the test, including memory recall. This works wonders.

If you do get modafinil or adrafinil, I recomend 200mg before a test (but don't do that much daily), and while modafinil starts working almost straight away, adrafinil is converted into modafinil inside you, so takes a couple of hours to kick in.

You will definitely be able to order piracetam as it is available in US health shops, you might struggle with finding modafinil, but adrafinil will be easier to find, which is why I included it in my answer to the other question even though it is essentially modafinil that taked longer to kick in.

  5. no it takes a few weeks
