  1. I don't believe so.  Urine and sweat carries out excess quantities of vitamins, but I have seen no cases in which too much water negates the effect of vitamins.  You should, however, be taking vitamins with food, as they are absorbed into your bloodstream more quickly.


  2. water soluble vitamins are eliminated from your system daily anyway, fat soluble vitamins are stored for a while, the amount of water really does not have an effect. It is recommended that you take vitamins with a full glass of water and a meal.


  3. I use a liquid supplement, so I don't have this problem.  The vitamin and minerals get absorbed quickly.

    If you are using pills, then it is possible that you are washing them out.

    The most you get from your pills is 10% absorption.  That means you aren't getting much anyway.
