does this mean they could possibly think/feel the same ?

no.  if you think of another person that person might be / might not be thinking of you.

just like if you have feelings for somebody, this person might have those same feelings or different feelings or no feelings at all towards you.

No. But it's ok to think that that person is thinking about you.

Pros: You get inspired if you're in love with that guy, wishing he's also thinking of you.

Cons: If you get 'overinspired', you'll end up daydreaming all day/night. You'll also get disappointed once you find out that he doesn't and never really had a thought of you.

There are other people thinking about you, who knows who!?
