  1. 2100 / 60 = 35 hours

    35 hours / 24 hours = 1.458 days

  2. 2100 /60 = 35 /24 = 1,5

    3 - 4 days, i need to sleep

  3. 1.458 days

  4. I would say 2 or 3 days.  Of course you have to stop for gas, to use the bathroom and stoplights and such.  Or did you mean an exact mathematical answer?

  5. how many people will be driving?  with a long trip like that I can only do 400-500 miles per day when I'm the only one driving.  if you have more drivers you can do more.  3-5 days depending on how you do it .

I highly recommend taking your time and having fun!  Staying in hostels along the way makes the overnight stays cheaper.
