  1. not at all.  enough Americans go there.  most flights do a refuel stop in the US

  2. I don't think so. However, if a Border Control officer noticed a stamp on your passport from Cuba when visiting the US, you might be asked a few awkward questions.

  3. The U.S. embargo against cuba ONLY pertains to U.S. citizens and in no way affects your UK passport. Check out the u.s. state department link as well as other good links for cuba travel at www.Mycubafest.com

cuba is a wonderful country with fanastic people and history. ENJOY yourself there. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

  4. Our government does not care what other countries foreigners visit. Cuba is still a popular destination for European travelers.

  5. No, your daughter will not have any problems travelling to the US after travelling to Cuba.

Even if Cuba stamped her British passport (some actually want the stamp for a souvenir), it still wouldn't affect anything.

She can travel anywhere in the world she would like and the US can't prevent her from entering their country either.

PS: for anyone who misunderstands that US citizens can't travel to the US, it's not true. There are flights coming and going to Cuba everyday from the US.

(studying is one aspect that helps acquire a license for a US citizen to travel to Cuba and spend money legally, which is the real issue...not the travel in itself).

  6. No, but it will make you appreciate even US food.

  7. NO!

The Cubans do not stamp the passports. They stamp the Visa only. So noone will never know she was in Cuba.

  8. It won't matter.  There are some restrictions on US citizens regarding travel to Cuba but theu don't affect UK citizens.

It's not like the way Arab countries treat you if you have a stamp from Israel in your passport.
