If you travel to another country would a cell phone work?

what i mean is for example. if i went to london would my cell phone from the usa work.

ps, im not traveling anywear im just wondering

of course that y people have nationwide calling plans; also it depends on the service provider and the country

You should get an "international phone plan" like ekit mobile where it will be much cheaper and the service will be much better.

if you first contact you cell phone company, they do have international plans that you can use for the time that you are in a specific country overseas.....you tell then the dates that you be there and they will charge you accordingly....
