my friend said she brushes her teeth with baking soda and it made it really white.

even if it duz is it healthy?

My dentist told me baking soda is too abrasive and can actually damage the enamel. Your better off using the white strips because they are safe and have no abrasives. The only that might happen using the strips is your gums can be temporarily sensitive but that goes away.

Yes it will and it is very healthy

You can buy toothpaste with baking soda already in it if you don't like the idea of plain baking soda.

It is called arm and hammer toothpaste
