If you use your insurance to get a pelvic exam, is it possible to keep things confidential?

All they see is the provider's name - if that.  If it's an HMO they won't see that.

If you are a minor, your parents have the right to see your records.  Privacy laws do not allow this be kept from them.

They will get a summary of benefits showing an office visit and possibly lab work but it won't tell the reason or the results of the visit.
