If you use your parents debit card to buy something online,can they find out what and where u bought the item?

i wanna buy a pipe online, but i obviously dont want my parents to kno. if i use a DEBIT card, is there any way they can find out what i bought?

  1. Yes, absolutely.  It will be traced back to you in full and then you could be convicted of a crime.

  2. Yes, they could find out what you bought but it would take a little effort on their part.

    The statement would show "who" you purchased it from, but not what.  They would have to call and get the specifics of the transaction to find out "what" you bought.

  3. Yes. The name of the vendor will come on the card statement at the end of the month, and they can contact the vendor and find out ALL of the details. They could track every last thing right back to you.

    You may wish to think again, what you are considering doing is actually a criminal offense. Firstly it's card fraud and ID theft, secondly it cold be deemed to be mail fraud. You can go to jail for any one of these three offenses.
