If you used an alcohol based hand gel in your job 8-10 times a night would you pass a test from the police?

Although hand gel is made of a lot of alcohol, i doubt too much would enter your blood stream, people don't feel comfotable with drunk doctors or surgeons! Most of the gel and alchol goes off into the air, unless u drunk it (not recommended at all), then u should not show up,

if they were to do forensics on ur hands it would show up though

ps the alchol may not be ethanol (drinking alchol)!

As a recovered alcoholic, I must always be aware of the alcohol content of medical products, cough medicines mouth washes etc. can all contain alcohol and have to be checked constantly.

Muslims and pregnant women are among other categories that have to be aware of this problem.

Hand gel can contain isopropyle or ethanol, but thankfully most of this evaporates during use, and the amount absorbed through the skin of the hands is extremely low and therefore quite safe to use in all these categories, so the answer is YES, you would pass a test from the police.
