If you used the *67 function before placing a call and it did not work, what does that mean....?

I know that you can pay $$$ to get people's addresses, etc. but how does that work with the *67 system?

  1. If the line you called was set to forward to a different number, then *67 becomes VOID>


  2. if the person you are calling does not have *67 service in his ara, if that service is not avaiialbe where they live hitting 867 before you call will not work, and not sll areas of the country have *67 service

  3. You do not have to pay to block your caller ID info and it is completely legal. Theoretically, the only places that can override that command to see your caller ID are emergency lines ie 911, and toll free or pay for use lines ie 1-800 or 900.

    Amend your question and post some more info about what kind of phone you are using: landline versus cell phone, and the type of phone you are calling to test it.

  4. *67 is free....this is the only star feature that is free with any phone provider!!!
