If you are a volunteer at a hospital and you get hurt while working, douse a hospital still have to pay for you to see a doctor? Or do you have to pay yourself beuase you are not on thier payroll? Please answer fast.

  1. In most states yes any where that you may volunteer  you are covered by there insurance, if they tell you that they are not liable, there wrong  that's what insurance company's are for I'm in ny state


  2. You might be thinking of "workmen's compensation" - and in this case, you would not be considered for that, of course.

    But all buildings that are inhabited or used for business, etc., have to have liability insurance. And you could file a claim against their liability insurance for your injuries, I believe.
