  1. you have to find out what the country code and city code is and then you just enter those in and then the number and then hit send

  2. STEP 1: Dial 011, the international access code.

STEP 2: Dial 33, the French country code.

STEP 3: Remove the 0 from the beginning of the 10-digit phone number. (All French telephone numbers begin with 01, 02, 03, 04 or 05.)

STEP 4: Dial the remaining nine digits.

  3. you have to dial 00 to begin any international call.  Next you need to know the country code and area code.

If you dial Florida number, for example - 305-555-4589, you'd dial 00 1 305 555 4589 because 00 is the int'l code, 1 is the country code and the rest you know.

If you want to dial a number in England, you'd dial 00 and then 44 to get to the UK and then your local number (dropping the 0 usually listed in local numbers).

Always dial 00 and you need to know the country code.  You can print a cheat sheet from the internet by searching on "international dialing codes".
