  1. well, Sydney is a pretty hectic place, and I must say, you must be willing to empty out your pockets, because the cost of living is pretty d**n high; But for somewhere quiet, I would suggest Ashfield? Stratsfield?

  2. Go east my friend, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Elizabeth Bay, Darlinghurst.

  3. dont bother go to perth miles better

  4. It's really all very safe. It just costs more to live closer to the city centre or for larger houses, bigger gardens etc.

  5. dont come to sydney, its overpopulated and very expensive as the guy said go to perth

  6. The criteria you've mentioned would bring you to places in the Inner West such as Ashfield, Burwood, Croydon, Strathfield, Drummoyne and Concord. They have low crime levels and close to the city. Housing prices are alright in this area.

I live south of this region. Different story here. Higher crime levels.

What's with the thumbs down? I didn't make up any random fact or drew them out of the air like that. If you want a safe place and good house, you gotta pay for it... ah well, good luck you only get what you pay for...
