I'm use to go wild in a gym and usually burn about 500 calories in an hour and a half, but then my heart rate is at 170-180. I heard that you should keep your heart rate between 120 and 150 if you want to loose weight? Is that true?If I do keep my heart rate between 120 and 150 then I won’t burn as much calories.What’s more important and easier if you want to loose maximum weight and not build muscle? Thanks a mil:)
