If you wanted to paint a surfboard...

what would you paint it with? it's a long bic board and therefore made of plastic and not fibreglass - if you wanted to paint some pictures on it what would be the best paint to use that wouldn't wash/scratch off?

No paint will scratch off if you put a sealer on over the top coat.

Use a lacquer finish.
