If you watch a streaming movie on the net can you be guilty of copyright infringement?

If you watch a movie or video on youtube and it is clearly a copyright infringer (most of them are) can you as the watcher be guilty or just the poster?

If the movie streams there is no copy made to the hard drive (or is there) so could the watcher be guilty of a crime?

NO,you cannot be guilty, you are just watching,i watch streaming movies all the time, matter of fact i have alot  of links of streaming movies, you can enjoyed.

It's usually a copyright infringement.  if you're watching Netflix Instant, that's different, but many streaming sites are streaming illegally produced material.
