  1. No. Being born in that country doesn't automatically give you citizenship. Also, you'd just be on holiday, so presumably you and your child would be returning to your home country. So it's not like there would be a great deal of time spent in Pakistan.

  2. Yes, Pakistan Grants Automatic Birthright Citizenship

  3. Yes it does..

  4. Yes, but most countries would recognize that your child had dual citizenship so she/he would also be an American too as that is your homeland.

  5. No.Kids of US parents are US citizen, wherever they are born.

  6. it may be considered dual citizenship. The thing is you are not staying in that country. you didn't go to that country JUST to have the baby so you can get welfare. You don't expect that country to care for you. That's the difference between that situation and illegals. They come here knowing they will give birth while here with no intention of paying the bill. They  plan to go on welfare from day 1 and they never plan to leave. They come here just to take what they take that is not rightfully theirs.

  7. A child born in a country may sometimes gain citizenship of that country automatically, but that depends on the country.

That seems to be the case in Pakistan as in the US according to sources found online:
