I would ask to be release and take my chances seeing how Brett has left this kid with very little dignity left. No one could have ever told me Brett would do this to anyone. Rodgers will be ok we all have to pay for what we do that is not right and Brett is no exception to the rule. I would compete for the job as hard as I could and if the Pack award the job to Favre then I would ask for a trade.  Since this QB competition is going to be heavily covered a good training camp and preseason will have Rodgers in a good position for a trade if he asks for one as many teams will want him.
