If I were blind, I would move to England immediately as blind men are allowed to touch the dancers b*****s during table dances as long as their hands are being guided by the dancer.  They actually fought to make it a law since blind men cannot actually see the dancers.

How is that for making accomidations for the handycapped!!!!!  YEA BOY!!!!!
