If you were President of the United States of America?

What would you change? What would you do about current issues? What ideas would you implement that increases life in the national/international progress? Or if you had a chance to talk to president in private what would you say to him?

I would close, lock down , build a wall so high a alien could never climb over.

I would make sure that every American had a Home with no payments.

I would make sure every American had a Green car.

I would make sure that every American had food galore.

And not one penny of America's hard earned money would go to any other Country, it would stay home and we would no longer be poor and every Country would once again envy what we have.

I would buy everybody a unicorn. Create research grants to build a rainbow machine and give everyone everything free.... Oh and I would tell all countries that there must be peace in the world ....... and if not I would nuke them all!

First off, I would nominate enough pro life judges to reverse Roe versus Wade and Doe versus Bolton, then I would ban abortion in all cases except when it is necessary to save the woman's life.

I would have low government spending, low taxes, and act tougher on terrorists and Iran. I would support Israel, keep embyonic stem cell research illegal, and oppose gun control.

Lets say i was president. I would

A. Pull every penny out of the war.

B. Back alternative fuel 110%.

C. Pull every U.S soldier out of every country except for the ones at the embassy's.

D. Use the entire U.S Army to patrol the borders.

E. I would not make health care free, but i would make it affordable.

F. Pump more money into the school systems

and the list just goes on.

i'm not in to politics at all, but, I would do my best to change poverty. I would make tons of programs for all the low & extremely low class citizens. Like Women on wellfare with children. Most of these children don't even speak right, I mean come to the ghetto of los angeles and you will see a 3 year old boy who doesn't even know how to say more than a couple words. You will see 12 year olds thand cant even pronounce words right like "Doctor, tyler, robot" they can't pronounce their "R's." This is evidence that the parents are so bad at taking care of their kids, that they don't even spend enough time thinking about their future, to sit down and teach them how to pronounce a word properly. I have recently tought a 13 year old boy how to pronounce his R's it only took me 4 days, 30 minutes per day. They are not responsible people, they let their kids rais them selves, and things like that need to change. These kids have so much potential, but they will grow up to be losers, criminals, suicidle, bums if we don't make programs or something like that. I was thinking a program to teach parants how to raise their kids, how to talk to their kids, how to learn something new every day (educational) both for the kids & the parants. I would make it so that if you are on welfare, Your kids have to maintain atleast a C average or you will be cut off welfare. And you have to attend those programs or you will be cut off. The family will be fully evaluated by professionals like Psychiatrists, individually & as a group, to see exatly what problems they have, and what needs to change. Than they will be forced to be involved in the programs that apply to them. and if they don't cooperate, and if they don't do their best, than no more welfare. And this will reduce the chances of their children being losers like their parants. And it will increase the chances of their children becoming extraordinary. The chances for a child on welfare with bad parants at becoming extraordinary are extremely slim! like 800 to 1. Because these kids grow up with no guidance! I was one of these kids, My parants didn't ground me, dicipline me, teach me, give me advice, they let me grow up in the jungle (figure of speach) I ended up trying to smoke cigarettes at age 8. I ended up actually smoking weed at age 11, and became addicted right away, I smoked weed from age 11 -to- age 20, I just quit in july -07, I am now 21. If my parants had paid closer attention to me, that wouldn't have happened. And I grew up middle class, I know people in the super low class, to them I was a rich kid. And lack of paranting at best, resulted in 10 years of drug use, which cause depression, and by default I missed out on a lot of Great opportunitys. Girls I never dated, classes I never attended, sports that I dropped out of, I pretty much gave up on everything, even my appearance, I just stopped careing about everything. The number one priority all day ever day, was smoking weed. How am I going to get high? was the question of the day, and that was something I experienced everyday.

Anyway, I hope I helped some one some how.

1. End the war in Iraq as soon as possible. But responsible, stay in until the Iraqi Government can protect itself from internal and external threats.

2. Legalize Abortion, Im a Republican, but who am I to say what a woman can and can not do with her body. The fetus isn't born, and as such has no rights and is deemed property.

3. Legalize and put funding into clonning and stem cell research. Curing cancer is a must, and clonning needs would be good for a "clone army", 100 years down the road.

4. Destroy X amount of U.S dollars to raise the value of it.

5. Give inccentives for companies to stay in the U.S and not out source to other countries.

6. Allow drilling off shore, and in Alaska.

7. Put federal funding to invest in alternative fuels, to make the country less dependant on Foreign oil.

8. Completely re-haul the Public Education system.

9. Build a "Great wall of America", across the U.S/Mexico Border, with Border patrol agents on the wall every mile or so.

10. Create a "NAU" North American Union, basically to boost our economy, and Mexico's economy,and use 1 currency between the U.S/Canada/Mexico. The only way we can compete with Europe.

11. Keep health care privatized, however give states the option of "universal health care"

12. Press Iran as far as we can diplomatically and if it fails use Military force to stop it from progressing in nucluear weapons development.

We need to improve our standing with those who were once our allies, but were alienated by the Bush administration. The only way to really "win the war on terror" is through multi-national communication and cooperation, not as individual entities.

Reverse the Bush tax cuts. "Trickle-down" or "Reagan Economics" do not work - just look around to see that. Those at the top of the economic chain, those who supposedly let their wealth trickle down to the working class, are hording their money or investing overseas.

An immediate investigation into OPEC and the big-oil companies. It doesn't take a genius or a politician to see that we're paying $4.00 at the pump, and the oil companies are posting record profits.

2. I would mandate the presense of a US Air Marshall on every flight entering or leaving the country.

3. I would round up every illegal immigrant and force citizenship on them

4. I would abolish the Federal Reserve and have the gov't reclaim control over the US Dollar

10. I would expand a strategic defense initiative with Mexico and Canada.

11. I would work towards unilateral disarmament of nuclear weapons

12. Green energy technology developed under my administration would be made freely available to all people of the world

13. I would find a way to use radioactive waste as a fuel source until it was completely depleated of radiation.

14. I would expand - dramatically - all funding and efforts currently pursued in nano-technology especially in applications related to medicine

15. I would raise taxes on all nicotine products by 5000%

16. I would close all loopholes in unemployment, disability and welfare.

17. I would elliminate all non-essential items from all prisons and completely overhaul the Corrections System to introduce true rehabilitation and re-education of criminals to empower them to live more productive lives when they're released. People who need help of some sort - drugs, alcoholism, smoking, abuse, etc - would get that help so that they stand a better chance of earning a taxable income when released.

18. I would plan to replace all 4th generation military hardware with 5th generation technology within 20 years, elliminating the notion of a super-carrier in favor of mobilized warfare.

19. All levee systems within the United States would be completely overhauled and the resulting technology would be shared with all other nations.

20. I would elliminate the Bush Administrations war-powers policies and make it a criminal action for any elected official to support acts such as the Patriot Act. Specifically, I would make it an act of Treason.

21. I would set 15 year limits on Supreme Court Justices with a one term limit per person. I would change the way that Justices are nominated and proposed to include the perspectives of more people.

22. I would step up boarder patrols and air patrols over the US.

23. I would offer tax rebates to employers who have employees work from home offices.

My son told me yesterday that he wants to be president of the United States.  If he were president then all gas and electricity would be free.  You wouldn't have to buy fishing license and you would only have to pay $5.00 for hunting license.

I would change health care by:

Charging a 200% tax on cigarettes, fast food, and other products that kill Americans.  With this money I would fund the national helath care program while at the same time pushing out these poisonous industries out of the American scope.  It seems fair... Reps constantly complain about people paying for their own health care.... if you smoke, eat fast food constantly and generally support an unhealthy lifestyle that would put you int he hospital... you'd more than pay for it through your taxes.

I would support a foreign policy that doesn't revolve around what I call "the American bubble".  It seems as though lots of people in the government live in a bubble.. thinking the entire world somehow revolves around America.  The only way for a nation to prosper is to acknowledge other nations and encourage a peaceful, healthy, recripical relationship with other nations.  Wars for the wealthy are simply unacceptable.  The only wars that should be fought ought to be in the name of self defense, or in the name of human justice... not for oil companies, war hawks with no lives, or just for the benefit of the wealthy.

I would institute a carbon tax.  This would be offset by income tax cuts that I would mandate.  It would encourage a healthier lifestyle, while greatly benefitting those who live a sustainable lifestyle and who have little ecological footprint.  The only way for a nation to survive is to treat it's land and the earth with respect and courtesy.

I would support g*y marriage because... well.. who am I to tell two people in love reguardless of s*x that that is wrong?  If certain people are against g*y marriage... those certain people shouldn't have them.  I would support decriminalization of marijuana because for one.. I believe alcohol is much worse for the body and society.. and it is a strange thing that it is legal while marijuana isn't.... I also think that police have much more relevant issues to deal with then a couple of kids getting high and eating munchies.  PLUS, as President I could tax pot... this money would go directly towards anti-drug campaigns and education.  If people wnat to do drugs and destroy their minds they have the right to... but only if they have a fair choice with all relevant information available to what that they are doing to themselves.

If I talked with the current president.... I don't think I would make a statement to him... I think I would ask very secretly the real reason for the Iraq War and then just go on my merry way.  I've learned in life that people will believe what they will and no matter how much my views differ from his, it's not like he would listen to me becuase it seems his mind is set.

I live in Canada. But one thing that bothers me, and is getting much worse, is the lack of 'consumer protection laws'. I know there are more important issues, but as consumers, we keep the economy going by purchasing products and services. yet we seem to get 'ripped' off a lot more, and there seems to be little than we can do about it.
