if i were king i would immediately begin reconstituting the empire. and, simultaneously, i would begin initiate a secession plan for my glorious empire. i would need sons and some daughters. many sons and daughters! i would end the current insane immigration of foreigners and other unsuitables. and after a year i would begin a weeding process to send all unsuitables to the new colonies. oh, my goodness, i would do so much!
