  1. No.

The guy is on another level at the moment.

One bad (ish) result does not mean anything.

Besides, who would you replace him with?

  2. I agree with all the above. Lorenzo will do well at Yamaha. Im sorry that hes replacing Colin Edwards and that Colin didnt do better. I think, like everyone he is an annoying *****, but that doesnt take away from his racing abilities! Missed the race on Sunday, and like Lalla, I would like to see Dovi and also De Angelis do well next year!

  3. Nothing, Lorenzo is a very good rider, a bad result doesn't cancel an almost perfect season. In my opinion yesterday he just had that thing in Italy we call "braccino", something like a fear of win. The campionship is not closed yet, but Lorenzo has a lot of probabilities to get the motogp as 250 champion (even if I hope in Dovizioso)

  4. Hey Micky

Wiggysan hit it on the head there - can you think of anyone else with his potential & experience they would prefer?

I missed the race but hear he was just going the rounds - not really racing, sad but by this point in the season, maybe expected - I guess his mind is already on the 800, though his a.rse isn't!

  5. If I were Yamaha I would not be too worried about that. Everyone has a bad day at the office now and then. If I were them I would be more concerned about the fact that he is an irritating little git who tries too hard to be a Vale like character and gets it all wrong. His riding talent is not in question, though it will be a big step up from 250 but hopefully he will get some of the corners knocked off him once he starts mixing with the big boys.
