and bought the club you love, what changes would you make?

bearing in mind though that its still the Scottish league and guys like Kaka and Messi wouldnt want to play here, unless your club had a great few years in the Champs league......

id get Chisholm in as manager, finish off the last stand and name it after John Lambie, keep the pink shirt and get in some quality players. id also, if allowed, invest in the smaller clubs, keep them all afloat and set up football schools in every major city

i would build a big stadium and make things cheaper for kids and working men to come and see the footie. as you already stated i would invest in the local youth through the boys clubs and set up a fund for the old players who have hit hard times. then i would buy all the worlds best players and p**s on every team we met ha ha.

I'd make sure Chisolm stayed at Queens, done something about Palmerston Park to make it all seater (dam that listed building) and push for the promotion to the spl, probably get rid of Jim Thomson, he's keek and make Steve Tosh captain.  Buy some cover for up front, O'Conner is a great striker as is Dobbie for us but when they're injured, there's a serious lack of cover.

As for Celtic, strengthen defence, certainly needs a lot of work done there!  McManus and Caldwell, just arent good enough for my liking!

I would not touch any football team, especially Celtic or Rangers, with a bargepole. You see it's just too damned expensive keeping up with the running costs, not to mention the demands of fans who have no sense of financial clout. It's easier for me to write and tell DD how to spend his cash.

I am sure you have heard of 'get rich quick' schemes but sinking money into a huge football team is a 'get poor quicker' scheme.

I would consider buying a team like Partick Thistle and making them the giants of Scottish Football and in their rightful place as Masters of the Universe. Hahahaha!!!! Dream on Copper.
