  1. If I was the president?

I would like to cooperate among the whole world in order to have peace, to control the democracies to dictators don't have politics system & to maintain all what we can  within ourself

  2. No taxes!!!! Ha ha. Jk. I dunno.

  3. First, I would have Congress begin the process to pass an Equal Rights Amendment that included race, religion, national origin, gender and sexual preference. Equal protection under the law goes beyond the personal differences we have with one another.

Second, I would begin an initiative to wean Congress away from petro-investments, by using federal money to encourage public transportation, using a replenishable fuel that is both economically and ecologically sound. Congressmen who get rid of the petrodollars held in trust while they are in Congress, would get preferential consideration of such funds spent in their districts. History has shown that the money a member is planning on using after they leave Congress is a powerful influence even on a representative who lives on his or her salary from the taxpayers and doesn't take favors from lobbyists. This could bring construction jobs initially, operational jobs later, and with an improvement in the transportation system, and with affordable fares, the possibility of bringing new businesses and new jobs into the community.

A comprehensive health care program, fluid enough to permit people from having to sign up for a federal program when their employer is providing one that is perfectly adequate. One principle feature of this would be that the care would be funded by the taxpayers, but there would be an obligation to make sure the provider is paid on time. It would work like a contract for a construction job, if the work isn't done on time, the contractor pays a penalty. The same thing applies, the doctor, the hospital or the pharmacy would be paid within 90 days of the service they provided, or a penalty would be assessed on the health care program. This would be an effort to avoid the pitfalls Medicare and Medicaid have fallen into, and encourage diligence and efficiency in the program's employees.

  4. Economy: I’ll invest in Africa. I would even send companies like blackwater to Africa, let them train & higher Africans & protect the other American companies who are getting more income for the US & better life conditions for Africans.

I’d lower taxes for small companies. This would help middle class people starting their own business & create more jobs for others. This would let big corporations to create more jobs by breaking their monopolies to smaller companies. This way they’ll pay less taxes & create more jobs.

Foreign policy: I’d single out terrorists by collaborating with the moderate Muslims every where. I’ll set an example in tolerance to encourage more people to abandon extremist ideologies & organization. I know there are stereotypes & many misconceptions about the US & the Muslim world, so I’ll encourage all kinds of activities that improve mutual understanding. This would allow us to concentrate our military resources & be more efficient in the war against terror.

I’d invest more in eastern European countries, but I won’t monopolize. I’d create more opportunities for the Russians & make sure they don’t monopolize those countries either. This would bring more income for the US, Russia, better life for countries like Georgia & Ukraine, & most of all it would prevent another cold war!

Domestic policy: I’ll use the experience the FBI had gained so far during the war against terror to do better job in fighting crimes at home. I’d concentrate more of the efforts to go after rapist & series killers. In fact I’ll engage the communities more so we prevent more crimes from happening.

  5. jobs.

  6. If I were President, I would wear black socks most of the time, and have chocolate ice cream several evenings a week.  Just like I do now.  The main difference would be that the ice cream would be paid for by the Government.
