1) Steve Waugh (bats, bowls, all-time most successful captain)

2) Alec Stewart (opens batting, great wicketkeepr, very under-rated captain as England team played poorly when he was in charge)

3) Carl Hooper (destroyer with the bat, excellent part-time off spin bowler, liked to think the batsmen out, best Windies captain between Richards and Gayle)

4) Neil Johnson (before retiring at 30, this guy could do everything, open the batting, score quick runs, open the bowling, bowl at 140 kmph, take wickets, great fielder, and potentially a good captain).

The combined cricketing skills (and brains) of these four would easily beat 11 other first-class players.
